About us

Roads of Tradition are Here . . .Roads of tradition are here

Not only in the generations of families that have attended school here and have stayed to raise their families here, but also in the tradition of continuing to work in the Western Branch community.  Western Branch Middle is excited about our new theme Building our road to success.  We feel it continues the sentiment of last year’s theme . . . Talented students.  Creative teachers.  Involved parents.  We are one!  Indeed, we will continue to work as one as we build our road to each student’s success.

Tdap

Before starting 6th grade, all students must have a Tdap booster shot by the first day of school.  Students will not be permitted to start the first day if they have not had this booster shot. You may go to your child’s pediatrician or Chesapeake Health Department to receive the Tdap booster vaccine.  The shot is given free of charge at the health department.  After your child gets the shot, please bring a copy of the shot record to the school’s nurse.
